For many and many years I run a public APRS-Server for Ham Radio Amateurs.
Please, feel free to connect this 'JavAPRSSrvr' APRS-Server. It works with the most used APRS-Server software from Peter Loveall, AE5PL. After a long time of development and configuration, there are several options how you can connect.
It works for ALL Ham Radio amateurs, world wide!
I made two set's of ports. With and without weatherdata stations.
I recomment to use port 14580, with your own filteroptions.
If you don't know what to choose, please read THIS website first and use the options with port 14580.
In your APRS-software (also in APRSDroid for Android), use SERVER.PD2RLD.NL with a portnumber.
So, for port 14580 use: SERVER.PD2RLD.NL:14580 or for only Dutch APRS-stations: SERVER.PD2RLD.NL:10153.
Please, avoid to use port 10152 and 20152! These are the unfiltered raw datafeeds and generates a HUGH amount of data.
Use it ONLY when necessary! Slow computers and/or old slow software can crash due this hugh datastream...
Port 10161 is not recomment (but it's public...), and shows only PD2RLD's APRS-data.
This port is actually used by myself when I'm on the road with APRSDroid. Some kind of laziness to use port 14580 ;)

Sometimes it is nessasary to install updates on the server.
After installation it's sometimes nessasary to reboot the system. In that case, the server is down for a copple of minutes.
